Looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with business goals

Description
Conducting weekly or bi-weekly meetings with business leaders and provide HR advice where necessary
Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance
Be a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters
Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in HRBP field
Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights
Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
