Play a role of an internal partner for key stakeholders within the HR department.
Working as an internal partner for key stakeholders for the HR department, mainly responsible for talent acquisition by souring viable candidates and assessing their suitability with the company
Responsible in creating a talent acquisition strategy to efficiently attract qualified candidates
Observing the needs of current employees and adjust employee benefits according to the observation
Communicating frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the talent requirements of the company
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR field at international companies.
Bachelor’s degree in human resource or any business field is mandatory and other qualifications in the related field is preferred.
Business English is a must.
Requires solid leadership skills, strong knowledge of interviewing methods and an ability to multitask
5 working days, up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
