The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our food manufacturing company, ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Ensure that the company's operations are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in Myanmar, specifically those related to the food manufacturing industry.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including supplier agreements, distribution agreements, and other legal documents.
Manage and protect the company's intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
Oversee and manage any legal disputes or litigation involving the company, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
Ensure that the company's corporate governance practices are in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to the food manufacturing industry in Myanmar and advise the company on compliance measures.
Identify legal risks and provide proactive advice to the management team, including risk mitigation strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
A minimum of 3 years of legal practice, with in-house experience preferred.
Knowledge of Myanmar's legal system and regulations, especially in the context of the food manufacturing industry.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong ethical conduct and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
