Responsible for Customer Account Development / Management, B2B Sales, Customer Service

The Role
This ideal talent will be responsible for generating sales and achieving set targets assigned by the senior management team and Key Account Manager. The sole focus and targeted customers of this role will be Enterprise customers, SME customers, Condo, Residential projects, Retail Chain, Hotels, etc.

Description
Lead the charge in B2B sales, developing and nurturing strong relationships with Corporate and Enterprise clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet clients' unique need
Take ownership of key accounts, understand their business objectives, and propose comprehensive solutions that align with their long-term goals. Your knack for relationship-building will be key to fostering lasting partnerships
Continuously assess the evolving needs of existing customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance their telecom infrastructure and services
Become the go-to expert on our ISP products, particularly FTTx solutions. Translate technical specifications into compelling value propositions for clients, showcasing how our products can transform their connectivity capabilities
Strategically target verticals such as Hotels, Construction, Retail Chains, Industrial, and Enterprise sectors. Leverage your extensive network within these industries to expand our market presence and capture new business
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience across B2B Sales experience
Bachelor’s degree holder
Mandatory Intermediate English
Proven B2B sales track record, demonstrating your ability to exceed targets and cultivate client relationships
Strong familiarity with telecom equipment, ISP products, or related technology solutions will be a significant advantage
