​Key Account Manager at an International Packaging Solution Company in Yangon

  • Responsible to build and main long-term relationships with customers and their key employees

  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and their key employees

  • Schedule regular meetings with customer’s key employees at different levels and different departments, and conduct business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with products and services

  • Address customer complaints and concerns and ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained for both customers and the company

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure customers’ needs are fulfilled effectively

  • Support commercial manager to ensure both the company and customers adhere to contract terms, service level agreements, etc

  • Work diligently to meet short-term or long-term sales targets through a relationship with customers

  • Contribute to regional business planning and strategic planning

  • Be knowledgeable and up to date on market information, products, competition, customer relations skill, and other information required to achieve the company’s objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer centric key account management role, preferably business to business

  • Strong customer relations experience, interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in international environment is added advantages

  • Good in Microsoft Office and speak excellent English Communication
