Description
Do menu creating, menu engineering, seasonal menu planning
Responsible for day-to-day order management of the kitchen and cost control of ingredients
Do ramen/noodle home-made production
Direct report to General Manager (F&B Operation)
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in restaurant and food service industry and at least 4 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Has excellent knowledge of F&B Management and kitchen management
