Job Description

​Kitchen Manager at a Successful Restaurants and Food Services Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for producing the kitchen and running day to day smooth operation

Description

  • Do menu creating, menu engineering, seasonal menu planning

  • Responsible for day-to-day order management of the kitchen and cost control of ingredients

  • Do ramen/noodle home-made production

  • Direct report to General Manager (F&B Operation)

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in restaurant and food service industry and at least 4 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Has excellent knowledge of F&B Management and kitchen management
