  • To plan, coordinate, and direct skills- and knowledge-enhancement programs for an organization’s staff

Description

  • Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources

  • Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees

  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must and a Degree in human resources management is an advantage

  • Proven work experience as a Learning & Development Manager

  • Native Khmer and Business English is required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
