Responsibilities
Create and execute learning strategies and programs which aligns with stakeholder requirements and learner needs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings with relevant content for all functions including soft skills and core skills
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Work together with partners to organize, promote, and facilitate learning initiatives and programs that are aligned with organizational objectives and provide facilitation and instructional design consultation
Requirements
Proven experience of minimum 5 to 8 years in a similar role
Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Good in delivering and facilitating trainings
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong command in English to communicate
