Learning and Development Manager at the leading telecommunication company in Yangon

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of an organization’s employees

The Role

Responsible for overseeing a staff of training and development specialists

  • Align training with the organization’s strategic goals
  • Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources
  • Oversee the creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees
  • Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of proven work experience as L&D Manager
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is a must and other professional qualifications in relevant field is highly preferred
  • Strong command of English is required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
