Learning & Development Specialist at an International Microfinance Company in Yangon

The Role
Responsible to create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees
About the Company
Our client is one of the largest microfinance companies in Myanmar and providing financial services to people who lack access to conventional banking
Responsibilities:
Design and implement new learning and development initiatives
Prepare training materials (including designing and creating training manuals) and organize course materials and modules for online training
Monitor costs related to training, schedule for classes, set up systems and equipment, and coordinate enrolment
Research the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the Learning and Development space and recommend suitable applications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field required.
At least two years of training experience required
Proficiency in both oral and written in both Myanmar and English Languages
An excellent communication skills, and an outstanding planning ability
Strong in critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management
