The Role

The ideal talent will be responsible for the execution role of marketing operations directed by the Regional Marketing Manager and under the guidance of the regional team to promote the brand, execute new retail shop openings, and upgrade existing ones across Myanmar. Managing events, managing vendors such as Advertising agencies, and an independent role will be challenging and promising opportunities for career development

Description

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer insight to initiate and implement campaigns, launches, and innovations within assigned areas

  • Collaborate with other functions to drive performance and leverage business potential for segments, categories, brands, products, or solutions

  • Ensure the availability of necessary marketing vehicles, products, systems, and marketing material

  • Generate marketing deliverables such as insights, business cases, key selling arguments, and communication packages

  • Drive the category innovation strategy by identifying consumer insights and preparing innovation concepts

  • Grow the category and brand, working with regional, sales, technical, supply chain, and customer networks to achieve financial results and market share

  • Develop and maintain the local assortment, coordinate with different functions, and increase market shares and profitability

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in an MNC or international company.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Dip in Marketing Management (preferable).

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and professional PowerPoint skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Mandatory Fluent English level
