Marketing Manager at a Growing Retail Company in Yangon
Responsible to penetrate the market by selling the company’s product directly to customer and generate profits
Up to 1,200,000 MMK and other allowances

The Role
Market penetrating strategy for local market (need to know market changes and demands in time)
Sales promotion strategy (including Advertising with TV, FM, etc.)
Market analysis strategy (especially need to focus on YGN, MDL, TGY, MLM and Pathein markets)
Familiar with local distribution network (must know well about the competitors')
Price strategy (by using survey method or feed backs from customers)
Local Marketing and sales employee management (allied with HR department)
Sales result analysis and sales target set up
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail industry
Deep knowledge of household & kitchenware market or similar
Bachelor’s degree or any professional diplomas related to sales & marketing
Good command of English (4 Skills)
