Responsible for Online / Offline marketing, Event management, Product marketing, Social Media Marketing (Facebook), and Branding

The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the brand, generate demand for the products, and build strong relationships with key farmers and dealers
About the Company
Our client is an international Irrigation Technology company providing equipment of solar, pump equipment, and irrigation pump products. They are a mid-size Agriculture company planning to expand a double headcount around 100 staff at the end of the 2023 - 2024 Fiscal year
Description
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the business goals and objectives
Build and promote the brand through effective branding and digital marketing initiatives, including social media (Facebook) and online/offline campaigns
Conduct demonstrations of products to potential customers, including key farmers and dealers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key farmers and dealers, and provide them with exceptional customer service
Coordinate with branch managers to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with local market needs and effectively executed
Develop and execute product marketing plans that effectively position products in the market
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Manage the marketing budget and ensure that marketing initiatives are cost-effective
Travel frequently to meet with key farmers, dealers, and branch managers, as well as attend industry events and conferences
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience with a Marketing background
Bachelor’s degree holder or related to the Marketing field
Mandatory Intermediate English
Experience in agriculture, irrigation, or related industries is preferred
Willingness to travel frequently across the country
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing plans and strategies to key stakeholders
