Marketing Manager at International Innovative Agriculture Solution Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for managing and developing overall marketing functions of the agricultural solutions of the business.

  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK

The Role

The ideal background for the role will have strong hands-on experience in handling offline marketing activities within the agriculture business. Additionally, individuals with good experience in developing other marketing activities such as ATL, BTL, and digital marketing. Able to handle extensive traveling across Myanmar based on business requirements.

Our client is a growing international innovative agriculture solution provider in Myanmar. Providing solar-power irrigation systems and soil development solutions to enhance and support the growth of Farmer's farming process and overall development of the agriculture industry.

Description

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

  • Manage branding materials, and POS tools deployment across the sales operation.

  • Plan, lead, and monitor activation & promotion activities across the sales operation.

  • Manage content development for all ATL, BTL & digital channels.

  • Manage multiple digital marketing platforms, such as Facebook and others as necessary based on the business needs.

  • Assist the Country Manager in setting quarterly marketing budget planning and monitoring.

  • Report Country Manager over monthly Marketing & Digital activities progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience handling marketing functions in agriculture business or rural-focused business model

  • Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred.

  • Proficiency in English skills in both verbal & written.
