Description
Lead, trained, and motivate a team of butchers and meat department staff
Ensure all meat products meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and appearance
Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues
Establish and maintain relationships with meat suppliers and vendors
Requirements
Proven experience as a butcher or in a meat processing role
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree is a plus
Intermediate English is a must
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and cooking techniques
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle meat-cutting tools and equipment
