Medical Sales Manager at an Expanding Pharmaceuticals Distribution Company in Yangon
Responsible for KOL Management, Sales Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Customer Relationship Building, Reporting and Forecasting
Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus other benefits and allowances
The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for handling Birth control and Contraceptive product sales through KOLs and managing the team of Medical Sales Representative and Product Specialists to achieve the sales target

Description
Meet annual sales and coverage targets for contraceptive products within the medical channel, driving consistent growth
Implement an effective sales strategy and plan for contraceptive products in the medical sector, optimizing market presence
Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, public health professionals, and distribution partners to promote product trust and collaboration
Generate comprehensive sales and revenue reports, delivering valuable insights and forecasts to the management team for strategic decision-making
Lead and oversee the in-house medical sales team, addressing daily operational issues and ensuring seamless order processing with distributors
Identify strategic key accounts and establish corporate relationships to create business opportunities within the medical sector
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience within the Pharmaceuticals distribution industry, preferably in Sexual Healthcare sectors (Contraceptive and Birth Control products)
MBBS Degree holder
Mandatory Business English level
