The ideal talent will be responsible for promoting and selling ethical pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The individual will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory

Description

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products: Conduct sales visits to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and sell our client's medical products, ensuring maximum product visibility and availability

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize sales opportunities, identify new customers, and maintain existing relationships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to proactively address challenges

  • Product knowledge and education: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data, product information, and market developments. Deliver effective product presentations and train healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of our client's products

  • Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers to gain support and endorsement for our client's products. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any product-related issues or concerns promptly

  • Sales reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and customer databases. Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and develop strategies for achieving sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience within the Pharmaceuticals industry

  • B.Pharm degree holder or M.B.B.S degree holder

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles is an advantage

  • Strong sales acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
