Description
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products: Conduct sales visits to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and sell our client's medical products, ensuring maximum product visibility and availability
Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize sales opportunities, identify new customers, and maintain existing relationships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to proactively address challenges
Product knowledge and education: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data, product information, and market developments. Deliver effective product presentations and train healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of our client's products
Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers to gain support and endorsement for our client's products. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any product-related issues or concerns promptly
Sales reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and customer databases. Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and develop strategies for achieving sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience within the Pharmaceuticals industry
B.Pharm degree holder or M.B.B.S degree holder
Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles is an advantage
Strong sales acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
