This is an ideal role for Engineering professionals with strong experience in MEP design, managing and interpreting the contract design documents, overseeing quality and health safety matters on-site

Description
Guide the construction site project team, subcontractors, and owner's representatives for effective systems installation and optimal alignment
Compile and oversee the contract item list to ensure alignment with the project schedule and requisite approval status
Apply practical experience in submitting documentation to Myanmar governmental bodies
Engage in schedule update meetings, offering accurate information for informed scheduling decisions
Assess and oversee the processing of RFI’s, preparing S.I. for any changes, and maintain open communication with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP at High Rise Building, large construction/ commercial projects
M. Sc or M. Eng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, codes, laws, and regulations
Strong communication in English is a must
