Description
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth
Plan, design, and execute merchandising displays (permanent and temporary) in line with brand guidelines
Oversee POS materials, planograms, and in-store branding to ensure consistency and impact
Work closely with distributors, suppliers, and agencies to deliver retail marketing initiatives
Track and analyze ROI, cost efficiency, and merchandising performance for continuous improvement
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Experienced in category management and product placement maximize visibility in targeted outlets, strong project management and analytical skills
