Description

  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with business goals, optimizing pricing policies for profitability

  • Curate and present a product mix tailored to the health and wellness needs of our target market, maintaining high display standards

  • Cultivate supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely product delivery

  • Implement inventory management practices, forecast demand, and maintain optimal stock levels

  • Lead, trained, and guided the team to achieve departmental objectives, collaborating across departments for effective promotions and ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Medical or Pharmaceutical field

  • At least 5 years of experience in the merchandising field, preferably in the Health and Wellness categories

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record of detailed forecast and market analysis for inventory control

  • At least Intermediate English
