  • Responsible for overseeing the MRM budget and procurement process, ensuring compliance with organization’s financial management regulations

About the Company

Our client is a successful INGO with high market position which will allow your career as Monitoring and Results Measurement Manager to grow together with the organization.


  • Evaluating results and achievements while assessing the validity of results chains, indicators, and measurement plans

  • Conducting a thorough review and analysis of collected data, providing feedback on progress, achievements, challenges, and recommending corrective actions

  • Analyzes and generates reports on project results, contributing to the overall project reports provided to the donor, and other stakeholders

  • Ensures the updating of pertinent data and information in the MRM database and online filing system

  • Direct report to Team Leader


  • At least 7 years of experience in a related industry and at least 4 years of experience at the management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Advanced English is a must

  • Has strong experience in overall establishment and management of the MRM system and for fostering project-based learning
