Description
Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with company objectives
Ensure sales plans are implemented effectively across General Trade, Modern Trade, and B2B/Key Accounts
Build a high-performance sales culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and recognition
Optimize distribution network to improve coverage, availability, and market penetration
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in the related industry and at least 4 years of experience in the management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across national channels
