About the Company

Our client is a successful FMCG company with a high market position which will allow your career as National Sales Manager to grow together with the organization.


  • Engage with the Sales Teams, Trade marketing team, Logistics teams, etc to deliver 100% Execution

  • Develop and execute Training plans for the sales organization

  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

  • Direct report to CEO


  • At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience at the management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holders and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Advanced English is a must

  • Has extensive knowledge of sales management and strategies and strong communication skills
