Description
Engage with the Sales Teams, Trade marketing team, Logistics teams, etc to deliver 100% Execution
Develop and execute Training plans for the sales organization
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Direct report to CEO
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience at the management level
Bachelor’s degree holders and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Advanced English is a must
Has extensive knowledge of sales management and strategies and strong communication skills
