Implementing a company's national sales strategy and work to with regional sales managers to ensure the sales force achieves set revenue and expense targets
Up to 4,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
Building strong relationships with key accounts
Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Building a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in FMCG industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Has strong knowledge in sales and market research skills
