The ideal talent will be responsible for Sales & Distribution management across Lower Myanmar regions to promote the products to achieve regional-scale sales

Our client is a growing Medical Equipment / Device distribution company in Yangon and distributes Medical Devices (Consumable Medical Devices), Hospital Furniture, Lab instruments, and heavy devices imported mainly from China, Japan, Korea, etc.
Description
Take the lead in driving sales and distribution across Lower Myanmar as National Sales Manager
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical field
Lead and mentor a sales team to reach and exceed targets
Identify opportunities for growth and analyze sales data to make informed decisions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience within the Medical Equipment / Device industry, also open to consider pharmaceuticals distribution industry background with a Regional Sales role
Bachelor’s degree holder
Mandatory Business English
Stationed in Yangon and able to travel frequently
Unique skills and requirements: Proven success in sales management and a solid understanding of the Medical industry is a must
