  • Customer satisfaction program, including aligning data and insights across internal and external survey sources, leading corporate wide goal setting

The Role

  • Work with divisional Performance & Quality Managers to promote best practice and practice improvement

  • Review existing NPS methodology and propose adjustments

  • Ensure process improvement and quality assurance Digital Banking self-care services 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 Years of working experiences in banking customer services industry

  • Experience influencing senior leaders across a matrixed organization and drive decisions through to successful execution

  • Excellent level in English for both speaking and written skills
