Monitoring day-to-day network, system and cloud performance

Description
Solving customer problems via email tickets and other channels
Trouble ticket generation and response; carrier interface and escalations
Follow up on tickets with internal stakeholders and providers
Support application form on configuration changes via our change control systems and processes
Ensure services/process documentation is up to date and appropriate or create documentation where none may exist
Participate in a 24x7 shift
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
Over 1-2 years of experience in network equipment in an ISP environment, a large NOC or other such company associated with networking
Strong knowledge in telecom and IT Internet protocols
Good knowledge in Mikrotik/Cisco/MS Server/Vmware/Linux certification preferred but not mandatory
