Responsible to support the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company

The Role
Responsible to performs several tasks related to keeping the office efficiently running
Update paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
Requirements
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills in English
