The Role

Responsible for the full spectrum of admin work and dealing with customers

  • Coordinate appointment, meetings and manage schedules
  • Reporting to management, composing correspondence and handling contracts
  • Managing domestic and international travel and accommodation
  • Provide assistance and support to customers and clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration is required
  • Business English is a must and intermediate Japanese is preferred
  • Must acquire good communication, multitasking and time-management skills
