The Role

Responsible for maintaining the office services by organizing office operations and procedures.

  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Manage office budget

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years as Office Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Good Command of English is a must
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
