Office Manager at the well-known Healthcare Service Company in Yangon

About the Company

Our client is a successful health care service with a strong focus on offering the best service to ensure the well-being of the customers.

The Role

Responsible for day-to-day office administration operations including clerical, financial and managerial tasks.

●      Supervising mentoring, training, and coaching the staffs in the department to ensure maximum and efficient productivity.

●      Design, schedule meetings and maintain calendars for all staffs and create reports for the upper management.

●      Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintain the stock levels

●      Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is running smoothly.

Requirements

●      Minimum 3-5 work experience in administrative and office management role

●      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a must and other certified qualifications related to business is highly preferred.

●      Fluent command in spoken and written English is required.

●      Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google products
