Description
Strategize, implement, and oversee all maintenance and renovation activities, closely monitoring project progress and providing essential documentation such as technical drawings, progress reports, and financial data
Manage repair orders, develop annual maintenance plans, supervise maintenance services, and lead both the in-house maintenance team and external contractors
Oversee diagnose repairs, identify property needs, and coordinate repair works carried out by both the in-house team and external maintenance service providers
Ensure the efficient completion of all maintenance and servicing tasks to meet satisfaction standards
Swiftly respond to emergency and urgent maintenance queries, prioritizing customer and property safety, additionally, organize the renewal plan for all governmental inspections and maintenance and repair contracts
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering maintenance of high-end residential, luxury retail, and Grade A Offices
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any related degree
Strong experience in technical drawings such as AutoCAD and handling project documentation including project plans, project timelines, budgets, and other related guidelines and procedure
Strong communication in English and a high level of professionalism are a must
