Description
Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness
Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes
Analyse and evaluate training and development programs to measure their impact and effectiveness
Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Experience in working in a diverse and multicultural environment is a plus
Ability to travel as required to support organizational development initiatives
