About the Company
The Role
To contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies
Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions
Manage, design, and implement policies and procedures relating to organizational development
Implement meaningful, relevant, employee and manager training and development activities that link to company goals and objectives and meet the needs of managers
To work with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement
Support the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required
Requirements
Requires 5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally
Strong command of both written and verbal English is required
