Pastry Chef at a Newly Formed Pastry Operation in Singapore
Responsible for managing & overseeing all day-to-day operations of the pastry & bakery sections with cultivating new ideas, creativities, and technologies
Up to 3,500 USD per month and other allowances

Description
Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends
Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
Identify and introduce new culinary techniques
Guide and motivate Pastry Assistants during their training process
Direct report to CEO
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in the food and beverages industry as a pastry chef
Bachelor’s degree holders and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Has extensive knowledge of food preparation and baking techniques and creativity skills
