Description

  • Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends

  • Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking

  • Identify and introduce new culinary techniques

  • Guide and motivate Pastry Assistants during their training process

  • Direct report to CEO

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in the food and beverages industry as a pastry chef

  • Bachelor’s degree holders and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Has extensive knowledge of food preparation and baking techniques and creativity skills
