Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the company’s compensation & benefits process
Up to 600,000 MMK plus other attractive benefits

The Role
Responsible for overall payroll process with strong technical skill
Responsible to handle all compensation & benefits related process
Manage and maintain input of employees’ bonuses and commission
Need to handle all compensation and benefits procedures
Design and conduct company’s benefits programs
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in related background
A Bachelor’s degree is required and other qualifications in HR or related field will be preferred
Good command of written and verbal English
Must have experience in calculating payroll with excel
