Description

  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administration duties

  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentation

  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.

  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders

  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments if required

  • Ordering office supplies and replacements as well as managing emails

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in the administration field or as personal assistant to the Executive or Senior Management Level

  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications such as Business Administration, HR is preferred

  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence

  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as Zoom, Microsoft Team Meet, etc

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
