Description
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administration duties
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentation
Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders
Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments if required
Ordering office supplies and replacements as well as managing emails
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of working experience in the administration field or as personal assistant to the Executive or Senior Management Level
A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications such as Business Administration, HR is preferred
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as Zoom, Microsoft Team Meet, etc
Exceptional interpersonal skills
