To provide and ensure the principal is fully supported in all aspects of their work including confidential matters, managing the office, secretarial and administrative functions
Up to 1,200,000 MMK + Other Allowances

Description
Providing efficient administration and secretarial assistance to the principal
Managing the principal’s dairy and time including booking appointments, acting as gatekeeper, receiving visitors, providing preparatory support, and making travel arrangement with school drivers
Maintaining a file of all school policies, advising the principal when they are due for review and due to be updated in school procedure/guidance
Undertaking the responsibility for all necessary administration relating to the areas within their remit
Reporting to the principal who is British nationality
Requirements
Require Business English or advanced English speaker
High standards of professionalism with regards to confidentiality and discretionary
Microsoft Office and any other MIS systems
Understanding of statutory safeguarding requirements including safer recruitment and child protection
Have excellent people management skills
Able to delegate, meet deadline, prioritize, and combine accountability with autonomy
