To provide and ensure the principal is fully supported in all aspects of their work including confidential matters, managing the office, secretarial and administrative functions

Responsibilities
Managing calendars and organizing meetings and appointment
Assisting to make traveling arrangement for Executive Director
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports
Acting as the point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external clients
Assisting in set up of meeting requirements - conference calls, video calls
Undertaking any other ad-hoc coordination and administrative assignments assigned by supervisor where necessary
Any other ad-hoc corporate admin related matters
Requirements
Proven experience of minimum 5 years in a similar secretarial role
Very good understanding of office management processes
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports
Experience with financial and facilities management principles
Strong command in English to communicate
