  • To provide and ensure the principal is fully supported in all aspects of their work including confidential matters, managing the office, secretarial and administrative functions

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars and organizing meetings and appointment

  • Assisting to make traveling arrangement for Executive Director

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports

  • Acting as the point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external clients

  • Assisting in set up of meeting requirements - conference calls, video calls

  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc coordination and administrative assignments assigned by supervisor where necessary

  • Any other ad-hoc corporate admin related matters

Requirements

  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in a similar secretarial role

  • Very good understanding of office management processes

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports

  • Experience with financial and facilities management principles

  • Strong command in English to communicate
