The Role
Responsible for offering administrative help such as monitoring emails, planning and organising meetings and their travel
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organising meetings, events and conferences
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
Requirements
Proven experience as Personal Assistant
Bachelor’s degree business administration or relevant field
Well-developed time management skills
Strong organisational skills
