​Personal Assistant at an Education Service Company in Yangon

  • As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing CEO’s schedule, handling her correspondence, running personal and professional errands, organizing, and maintaining files and documents, managing expenses and budgets, and performing research and gathering information as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings and sending out meeting invitations and reminders

  • Screen and manage CEO’s phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding to inquiries and flagging important items for her attention

  • Run personal and professional errands for the CEO, including grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and mailing packages

  • Organize and maintain files and documents, including confidential information, ensuring that they are up-to-date and easily accessible

  • Manage expenses and budgets, including preparing expense reports and reconciling credit card statements

  • Conduct research on a variety of topics, including travel destinations, business contacts, and potential vendors, and gather information for CEO as needed

  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing correspondence, managing mail and packages, and completing other tasks as assigned

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, hotels, and transportation, and assist with on-location logistics for video shoots

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism and discretion

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary

  • Experience with managing confidential information and always maintaining discretion

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
