The Role
Responsible for completing clerical tasks for GM including answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements

Description
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
Translating and interpreting from Chinese to Burmese and vice versa
Requirements
Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant
Bachelor’s degree is a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
Ability to use standard software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)
