Job Description

Personal Assistant (Chinese Speaking) at a Thriving Local Group of Companies in Yangon

  • Perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support

  • Up to 1,000,000 MMK + Other Allowances

The Role

Responsible for completing clerical tasks for GM including answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements

About the Company

Our client is a thriving local group of companies that is consistently expanding their businesses in Myanmar.


  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations

  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements

  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management

  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders

  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes

  • Translating and interpreting from Chinese to Burmese and vice versa


  • Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English

  • Ability to use standard software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)
