Description

• Manage and optimize the company's insurance portfolio to ensure profitability and risk mitigation.

• Develop and implement sales strategic plans for portfolio growth and diversification, aligning with company objectives and market trends.

• Monitor and analyze sales portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, sales, and finance to drive portfolio initiatives and meet business targets.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in proven experience in sales portfolio management within the insurance industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related fields.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics.

• Native Burmese with an fair communication in written and oral skills in English
