The Role

This position is ideal for experienced leasing professionals with a strong background in retail property management. You will be responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and leading a team to maximize rental income and customer satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of the shopping centre business and market dynamics in Myanmar

Description

• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract sustainable tenants and increase customer traffic
• Set KPIs and monitor performance to ensure leasing objectives are achieved
• Lead leasing programs including planning, budgeting, and execution
• Conduct market surveys and trend analysis to inform leasing decisions
• Supervise and coach the leasing team to deliver exceptional service
• Monitor budgetary performance and enhance property value
• Review monthly leasing reports and ensure compliance with company policies
• Report to and seek approvals from the Head of Leasing
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by top management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing at a managerial level
• Strong knowledge of shopping center operations and competitive landscape
• Familiarity with event management practices
• Fluent in English and Burmese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tenant management software
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
