This role is responsible for overseeing all production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and cost control. You will lead teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Description

• Manage end-to-end production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to enhance performance and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across operations
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste
• Monitor product quality and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain high standards
• Plan and manage production schedules aligned with demand, inventory levels, and supply chain requirements
• Oversee inventory, warehouse flow, and supply chain coordination to ensure optimal stock levels
• Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Lead investment projects, process improvements, and capacity expansion initiatives
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of equipment and technical resources
• Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–7 years of managerial experience in manufacturing (or 3–5 years in senior management roles)
• Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain, and manufacturing operations
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements related to manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems and strong computer skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
•  Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial and production data
