Description
- Manage end-to-end production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to enhance performance and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across operations
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste
- Monitor product quality and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain high standards
- Plan and manage production schedules aligned with demand, inventory levels, and supply chain requirements
- Oversee inventory, warehouse flow, and supply chain coordination to ensure optimal stock levels
- Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Lead investment projects, process improvements, and capacity expansion initiatives
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of equipment and technical resources
- Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of managerial experience in manufacturing (or 3–5 years in senior management roles)
- Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain, and manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements related to manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems and strong computer skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial and production data
