The role combines production leadership with material and inventory control, SAP transactions, KPI monitoring, and team coordination. Candidates will have to work in shifts

Description
- Lead shift operations and oversee the performance of the assigned production cell
- Coordinate manpower and manage planned and unplanned absences to maintain production continuity
- Ensure accurate material movements between warehouse and production, including SAP transactions
- Manage continuous material replenishment and finished goods removal to support uninterrupted production
- Work closely with production planning to improve material availability, reduce downtime, and maximize operational efficiency
- Drive daily shift meetings and priorities to achieve production targets and ensure effective implementation of IWS tools and routines
- Monitor production KPIs, machine efficiency, waste, and defects, taking corrective action where required
- Prepare escalation reports for critical production incidents and coordinate immediate corrective actions with relevant Cell Leads
- Coordinate with QA/QC to investigate and resolve quality issues and ensure proper track-and-trace procedures
- Communicate consumer complaints, quality concerns, and key updates clearly to production teams
- Lead activities related to beetle infestation reduction and IICI cleaning requirements
- Promote safe working practices by identifying workplace hazards, applying appropriate controls, and ensuring compliance with company and legal EHS requirements
- Report incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and unsafe behaviors, and implement corrective actions within the scope of responsibility
- Support energy-saving initiatives, waste reduction, and programs aimed at maintaining zero LTI and RI
- Support departmental budget control in line with agreed plans and management direction
- Participate in ISO, FM Global, 5S3R, CP, and other local or global audits, programs, and improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; Engineering background is preferred
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Production or Supply Chain Administration
- Practical exposure to an IWS (Integrated Work System) framework
- Experience working with SAP systems with strong computer skills, including MS Office and Power BI
- Working knowledge of production management, warehouse operations, quality, EHS, and inventory control
- Familiarity with IICI / beetle infestation control, 5S3R, document control, and stock counting
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate-level English
- Willingness to work on a rotating or shift-based schedule
