The Role
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving individual sales targets, acquiring new customers, and supporting the logistics business of assigned clients. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, revenue generation, compliance assurance, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution

Job Description
- Achieve individual sales targets in line with company objectives
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
- Support the implementation of sales strategies to grow logistics business
- Manage Profit & Loss performance of assigned customers
- Support the collection of sales credit and coordinate with the Accounts Department to recover overdue receivables
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long‑term cooperation
- Promote teamwork and collaboration to avoid customer claims
- Develop a strong customer‑oriented mindset
- Coordinate with internal departments to handle shipments smoothly and without claims
- Resolve customer issues and support problem‑solving for assigned accounts
- Strictly follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Ensure proper SOPs are applied and followed
- Ensure pricing accuracy and obtain approval before commencing business
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Maintain discipline in meeting reporting timelines
- Support efficient sales operations and coordination with internal offices
- Reports to: Sales Manager / Branch Director
- Subordinates: N/A
- Internal Coordination: Internal management, staff, and internal offices
- External Coordination: Customers, carriers, and agents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in foreign Trade, Import–Export, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a freight forwarding company.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Proven relationship‑building and customer management skills
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities
- Self‑confident, target‑driven, and able to multitask
- Good written and spoken English
