Executive Assistant at a Leading Household Products Company in Yangon, Myanmar

The Role

Provide high-level administrative and executive support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Our client is a well-established household products company in Myanmar, offering a wide range of quality consumer products and serving customers through a strong nationwide distribution network.

Description

  • Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules to ensure efficient time management
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and follow up on key action items
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems
  • Assist in planning meetings, events, and business activities while ensuring all logistical arrangements are completed effectively
  • Monitor deadlines, prepare regular reports, and support executives in daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support and contribute to improving office processes and workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Burmese, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
