Provide high-level administrative and executive support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Description
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules to ensure efficient time management
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and follow up on key action items
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist in planning meetings, events, and business activities while ensuring all logistical arrangements are completed effectively
- Monitor deadlines, prepare regular reports, and support executives in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support and contribute to improving office processes and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Burmese, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
