The Role

Lead and manage the company's compliance function by developing policies, monitoring regulatory requirements, conducting compliance reviews, and promoting a strong culture of ethics and corporate governance across the organization.

Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and company standards
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure business operations remain fully compliant
• Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal investigations where necessary
• Work closely with business units to identify compliance risks and recommend practical solutions
• Provide compliance training and guidance to employees to strengthen awareness and accountability
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and support regulatory inspections and audits
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance
• Promote continuous improvement of compliance processes and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; professional compliance or legal certification is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or corporate governance, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English and Burmese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
