Great Opportunity for a motivated and well-experienced Relationship Manager role primarily involves communicating with VIP and Premium customers as acting on behalf of the company as well as to know the company values and always act in a professional manner

  • Build a strong relationship with prospective and existing VIP and Premium clients

  • Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends

  • Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the clients

  • Providing the clients with the best consultations and guiding their decision-making process


  • At least 5 years of working experience as a Customer Supporting or Relationship Manager in handling VIP or Premium Customers

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer
